I want refund my money- the seller scam

I would like to ask for your help with this order.
I paid for the item on 11 July, and the estimated delivery date was 16–17 July. The seller did not dispatch the item within that time. Only after I opened an “Item not received” case did the seller upload tracking information.
I will be leaving the UK before the new estimated delivery date, and this delay is not my fault. I purchased the item based on the original delivery estimate.
I kindly ask you to review this case carefully, as the seller only added the tracking after the case was opened. I do not believe I should be disadvantaged because of the seller’s delay.

Escalate to ebay on day 4 if no refund.

As said, itvis only an estimate.
You can open item not received case tomorrow.

I was scammed, and in this case, if there is no item in the shipment, what rights do I have? because it's possible that there's nothing inside and I'll get an empty envelope

Mentor1 month agoAs explained those dates are just estimates, and postal services cannot be classed as always reliable, best to wait a few days after that last estimated date for delivery.
Is there anyone you can ask to pick up your parcel if delivered and left outside ?
You have opened a case, seller has updated tracking if it doesn't arrive in 4 days and the seller doesn't refund you, you can escalate the case and eBay will refund.

OP1 month agosince I want you to refund my money, this means that I can no longer wait for this shipment because I do not have the necessary time to wait. I waited long enough, because when I made a case, the seller only then sent the shipment, it is obvious that this is a scammer, if I had not opened the case, the shipment would never have arrived, this is an attempt at fraud. I can no longer wait for this shipment after it did not arrive in the expected period. I want you to refund my money.❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

Mentor1 month agoAs above you can do nothing else, but escalate the case if you do not receive your item or a refund in 4 days.
If this time passes, and tracking has not shown delivery, ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.
