Mentor3 weeks agoCan I suggest that you stop using AI for your listing descriptions and actually describe what the buyer will get? Understanding the money back guarantee is an essential for sellers as well as buyers.

Mentor3 weeks agoWe have no access to your account to see if you opened and escalated an eBay case correctly, but if 2 months have gone by with no refund, seems something has gone wrong, but it's too late to do anything with eBay now.
Turn to your payment provider for help with a refund.
