I want an immediate refund
Purchased a phone on buy it now, listed as new unused. After buying the seller marked as dispatched and then told me the phone was refurbished and showed photos of scratches on screen. She said she would get fixed and re list??? I told her I wanted an immediate refund to which she replied ‘ I don’t have the money it will be refunded by 2pm Wednesday’. I complained to eBay ( online) but nothing being done… I have now got to wait until the 30th to open a case and then wait for a refund…. I can’t cancel as it’s marked as dispatched and she clearly isn’t going to. EBay are so difficult to get hold of online

Mentor6 months agoYour seller has been removed from eBay, use this link https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5190 and select 'have us call you' to see if they can open a case for you if they can't you may be able to claim from your payment provider, bankcard, Paypal etc.

Mentor6 months agoUnless seller refunds willingly, you will have to wait until 1 day after estimated delivery date, then open item not received case, escalate on day 4.
