I think i've paid way to low a postage on an item going international ,
How do i cancel a label and pay for another one without it costing the customer anything ? i think i put the item in as a large envelope instead of up to 10kg parcel

Mentor3 weeks agoYou'd have to cancel/refund the transaction with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for them to buy and pay again.
