I submitted a cancelation request, the seller replied once and now does not reply to my messages and now I can not report my item has not arrived because a cancelation is in process how do I get a refund

Buyers can only ask to cancel, sellers do not always agree to it. You can open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date.

Thankyou for your reply

I will give that a go tomorrow as the estimated delivery date for my item was the 24th to the 27th of November

but I know the seller has not dispatched my item so I do not expect to receive it by today.
