I sold multiple listings to a buyer - collected - one item shows as LATE for posting!
I have marked all except one sold item as "collected". My buyer paid eBay's postage on that item. Now it shows as late for posting. I want to cancel the postage label, get my buyer the postage refund, and mark my item as collected.
I've reached a dead end!

OPJul 20, 2026 at 8:40 AMMy buyer has left feedback, which proves she received it. Still I can't mark it as collected.

OPJul 20, 2026 at 8:16 AMCan't eBay sort this out with a quick phone call? They don't appear to have real staff in customer services any more.

You won't be able to mark this as collected without that code.
As regards the postage label, your buyer will be refunded for it within 30 days.
