I sold an item and the buyer paid straight away. I have not sold anything on eBay for quite a few years and on trying to print the label I was having issues then on preparing to pack the item for despatch realised that the description was wrong. I informed the buyer and advised that I would contact eBay and ensure he was refunded immediately. EBay said that I could refund him the money now but it’s not even in my account yet. The buyer has now requested a refund. I’m totally confused because if I send him back the payment without receiving will I get the money in the end. Not sure what I need to do now. Help
