I sold 2 items to the same person with simple delivery
So i sold 2 items, individually the items qualified for simple delivery but the same person bought both now i can only appear to obtain one label and together the items exceed the parameters of the package permitted in both size and weight. How do i resolve do i cancel one of the items so i can obtain a label to post the other or is there another way around this?

Mentor10 months agoThings are so convoluted these days I think you'll have to cancel and relist for the buyer to buy again. Either relist both items on one listing with one higher postage. Or if you have to send separately ask the buyer to stagger the purchases so they're not combined again.
