I sold 2 items to the same buyer. He asked if I could combine postage and refund the postage for the second item, so I gave a partial refund. On reflection I guess I should have cancelled the label as he paid it? It's only a couple of quid but want to make sure I understand the process so I don't make the same mistake again.
