I sold 2 items to the same buyer and refunded them the postage cost for the second item
I sold 2 items to the same buyer. He asked if I could combine postage and refund the postage for the second item, so I gave a partial refund.
On reflection I guess I should have cancelled the label as he paid it? It's only a couple of quid but want to make sure I understand the process so I don't make the same mistake again.

Mentor4 months agoThe process depends on whether you used simple delivery, and whether it was buyer pays or seller pays.
Unused buyer pays labels are refunded to the buyer by ebay.
