I sent wrong item...help!

Question

So I have sent the wrong item. The buyer let me know immediately. They still want the item they bought. I have no clue how to get the wrongly posted item back (it is valuable) I dont know how to pay them for the return post. I dont know how to resell them the original item in order to get a new postage label to post it to them. I would really appreciate help on these matters. Please?

Ask them to open a return using the reason "not as described". They will then automatically receive a postage label paid for by you. When you get it back issue a full refund, then relist the correct item for them to buy again.
