I sent two wrong items

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I sent two items out and got them mixed up when labelling,

both buyers have returned the items, eBay says I have to refund them but the buyers are happy for me to send the correct items straight back out,

is this possible with refunding and relisting the items ?

It seems like a palaver but it is better to refund and then relist for them to buy again. That way you'll get new postage labels to use.

Got eBay to ring me & they said repost the items to the correct buyers as agreed with the buyers and get them to close the return once they receive the items?
Very helpful eBay were on the phone

This is actually not helpful advice.

Were they returned with eBay postage labels that you supplied?

If so, the returns will close in a couple of days automatically and refund the buyers.

Bad advice as far as buyers are concerned. They have no protection if they receive the correct item and there is a problem, as they only get one case and they have used it returning the wrong items.

Best to relist and buy again.
