I sent the item by DPD Gold without using eBay label.

Hello,I sold an item and sent it by DPD Gold without using eBay label and the buyer has already receive it. But on eBay it shows like I did not send it at all. What can I do? Thank you.

To mark dispatched click on Get prepaid label > Print label for the ebay label. It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days (assuming they paid for it). You can't change tracking number and payment may be held for 14 days.
