I sent a parcel via Royal Mail in a very sturdy box. The product has been damaged in transit and is unusable. The box must have been handled roughly, dropped more than likely. The parcel was paid for by the buyer. I have never had any problems previously and I am very proud of my previous feedback comments. What should happen next please?.
