I refunded a buyer for undelivered parcel and then they left positive feedback
I sent a cheap game worth £7 using a Royal Mail stamp, so far I have had great success clearing old items. Someone claimed they have not received the item so I refunded them. A week later they sent me good feedback saying thanks for the item, just as described etc
Am I within my right to contact eBay and ask them to pay for it? I'm pretty sure they were lying to begin with but obviously that's the risk with untracked postage.
