I received a return item I do not sell.
I was returned an item I did not sell from eBay.
How do I know if someone else is using my seller account?

Returns are made using the system, and you would have been aware that a return case had been opened, buts as said if you did not sell then nothing can be returned.
Sounds more like a brushing scam, which means you get some cheap item sent to you, the scam is seller creating phoney sales and phoney feedback, until they look like a good seller, then they start the real selling scam.

IT could be (I don't know) that it could be part of a brushing scam if the item returned was not something you sold or purchased.
