I ordered an oil splash screen protector on April 23rd and received it damaged. I then opened a dispute. I corresponded with the seller for over two weeks. He convinced me to close the dispute, promising to immediately send me a whole, undamaged screen protector in return. After the dispute was closed, the seller disappeared. I'm asking for help from the team. I'm also requesting the promised replacement of the damaged screen protector with a whole, undamaged one. Thank you. Best regards, Natalia.
