I purchased an item which the seller sent to the wrong address
Seller sent my purchased item to the wrong address. EBay asked me to return the item for a refund - but the recipient of my item won't send it on to me!

Mentor6 months agoOnly eBay could ask you to return an item that you hadn't even received because it was sent to the wrong address!
As has been said, the first question is what does the "wrong address" men? eBay will tell you the address to which to send it. If you addressed it to that address, as you are a private seller and presumably used eBay's so-called eBay's simple delivery, it's not your problem. eBay is responsible for loss or damage in delivery.
Ask the buyer to open an "item not received" case under eBay.'s money back guarantee. It should be for eBay, not you, to determine whether it was correctly deliverd and if not to refund the buyer.
