I purchased an item and it was fake.
I purchased an item and it was a counterfeit product. I was sent a returns label but then was removed. I’ve been trying to contact eBay ever since with no response.

OP10 months agoWhenever I click the returns label, it gives me an error, been doing this ever since they sent the returns label. So obv that’s fishy!

Mentor10 months agoIs this from a Chinese seller by chance, and they're sending a label with a Chinese address?
Contact Customer Services explain the issue they will issue you with the correct label.
