Ebay have rejected my appeal for a refund. I've received the correct Evri tracking number, so the bra looks delivered on the system, but in my parcel was an apron and some trousers. The seller says the items I received were not sent by her. Therefore there is an Evri issue. My order number was 11-138985-10926. but the order reference number on the Evri label os 1 7764154060, therefore I guess someone is waiting for these items, sadly delivery was 22 December, but I ahave been travelling for 3 months, but I did contact the seller before I left. Has anyone any advice please?
