I opened a Case 6th August and have not had a response?
I opened a Case 6th August, as I'd diverted a Purchase to my local (and normally efficient) P.O. The P.O. denied ever having taken receipt of it from the Royal Mail, however tracking says it was returned by them to Sender 20th August, as uncollected? The Seller has not received the Item. What is the timescale of the Case being resolved please, as I have no Item, nor refund?

Mentor1 month agoI am surprised your case is still open. The bad news is that with that tracking you will lose it.
