I never received my items

Hi
My tray of rings that I bought from a seller, was returned to the seller and he never resent them.
I have just been on his page and seen the exact tray of rings
this wasn't a cheap item it was £273'00 plus postage
I feel like I have been robbed and I can't believe they have uploaded the same photos as before
ebay closed the case, but as he did get the item back surly this is fraud, he just said it was my own fault for not picking the item up and my 30 days were up, so I couldn't do anything (rather rude) but he lied as you will be able to see on his page
I was on holiday at the time.

Mentor4 months agoAfter 30 days there is nothing that can be done through eBay --- Try for a Chargeback refund through your Bank/Card payment provider --- worth a try !.
