I never received delivery from the seller
The seller never delivered the ordered item which I had paid for. He/she never replied to my reminders either. When posting a review, which described the seller’s shortcomings, it was never posted on eBay. Why does eBay or the seller filter such reviews?

and escalate it 3 complete working days later.
