Mentor2 weeks agoFor eBay to comply with UK law and legislation when it comes to buying items that are bladed you have to have a credit card. To have a Credit card in the UK you have to be 18. Thus the proof.
Have you got a friend or family member that may be able to purchase the item for you on your behalf?
