I need to speak to an advisor.
Hi everyone..
I have a problem with a seller, to the point I can no longer deal with him due to rudeness, along with the fact he is literally sending me boxes of rubbish through Royal Mail.
This is the second day I have been trying to speak to someone from eBay but I can't get past the annoying AI women. Can anyone tell me how to, or give me a direct number to speak to an actual person?
Thank you in advance for any help.

But what sort of problem?? You don't have to personally "deal with sellers" yourself. If there is a problem over delivery or the item is not as described all you need to do is open a case under eBay's money back guarantee. If the seller doesn't cooperate you can escalate the case for eBay to step in and they will deal with the seller.
If we are to advise you what to do, the important questions are when did you buy this item and when was it delivered? Also, of course, what is the problem with it and which - if any - of eBay's procedures have you so far initiated to resolve the problem?

Mentor3 months agoReport the messages to ebay via the three little dots at the top right of the actual message. And scroll down to "Report a seller" on here:

You can ring eBay or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:
