I need to return an item due to it being recalled I have received an email and a message from ebay
I need to return an item that has been recalled, but I can't because it out of the time to return it

Mentor2 months agoThis is an ebay member forum, so WE didn't send you anything.
All ebay do is pass recall on, they won't take action unless you bought within last 30 days.

Mentor2 months agoIf you bought it more than 30 days ago there's nothing you can do on ebay. If it's still within 120 days of payment contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback. If it's past that too you are relying on the seller offering a refund unless you want to try money claim online, if the value makes it worthwhile.
