Hi All,

I purchased a phone for my brother on the 8th October. He's in Spain and the phone isn't charging normally. I need to contact the seller but the purchase isn't showing up on my purchase history. I've tried contacting Ebay customer service several times on chat, but each time there is a technical issue and I don't get any response. Any advice appreciated!

Sounds as though you were not logged in when you made the purchase, so it becomes a guest purchase and the only record you will have is an email from ebay confirming purchase.

Any returns must be done through the confirmation letter, and of course within 30 days of delivery.
