i need to change a feedback comment i left for the wrong buyer
i sold an item and first buyer cancelled, 2nd buyer hasn’t received item yet but i left positive feedback with the comment buyer cancelled but otherwise no problems with buyer or something like that .. but i left it for the new buyer by accident and i cant remove or edit the feedback!! i’ve also added a follow up comment now explaining but the buyer is obviously annoyed. i’ve asked them to do a request for feedback revision form but i dont think they should have to as it was my mistake!!

You've done all you can sent a message to the buyer explaining the error, and leaving that follow up which explains the mistake.
It doesn't stand out as it is on a green positive and the more positives the buyer receives it will soon fall off page 1 and not be so visible.
