I need help
Summary: crown-767 shared their experience of purchasing a refurbished watch from a vendor, but after returning it due to it not working, they claim the vendor says they have not received it despite providing proof of delivery. **peaseblossom** advised that if it is still within 120 days of payment, contacting the payment provider might help secure a refund or initiate a chargeback, as eBay's claim period has passed.
In June I purchased a watch with was a refurbished watch from Grade mobile costing £150 but it wasn't working i asked for a refund i was sent a return code i securly packet it took it to the post office i got a receipt the post office have sent a photo copy of the receipt to refurb and to Grade mobile showing the parcel was delivered and signed for. Mentor1 month agoYou needed to open a Not as described return within 30 days. Seller would have had to pay return postage.
There is a link on every item to the Ebay 30 day money back guarantee, it does pay to read everything that ebay puts on listings.

Mentor1 month agoebay only allow 30 days for claims and to escalate a claim so I'm afraid you've left it too late. If it is still within 120 days of payment contact your payment provider and ask them about getting a refund or chargeback.
