I missed an Order over the New Year, ebay chasing for postage fro something didnt post!!!

HI, I missed an order over the new year, Totally my fault.

Buyer claimed funds back, Ebay charged me postage for something I didn't post!

Now they are chasing me to pay!

I need contact details, online help not existent!!

I'm presuming this was a Simple Delivery transaction?

For any unused SD labels you have not used, you can receive a full refund, but you need to claim this back within 14 days.

This timeframe has passed so you will need to pay for that label, eBay will chase you for it.

For future references this is how unused SD labels are refunded....

If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
