I listed an item as collection only. The winner of the auction wants it to be posted. How can postage be paid for?

The best way forward for this is to cancel the order with the buyer's agreement, so citing ' Buyer Requests to Cancel'. This refunds the buyer, and your seller performance is not affected.

Relist the item with a postage option for your buyer to buy and pay again, this way you will have the item marked as dispatched and tracked. I'm presuming you are using Simple Delivery ?
