I haven't received the full order
I bought a limited edition watch that suppose to come with a tea set.
The tea set was never received, I opened a case and appealed with the same result, case closed because the seller managed to provide tracking number, I did receive the watch and that is why the tracking number exist but never the tea set.
It is a limited edition and without the tea set the value isn't the same.
I have screenshot of the conversation with the seller where it is admitted that it was never posted.
Not sure why the investigation was that badly handled but I end up with no resolution.
How do I contact ebay to resolve this? I have the evidences

Mentor6 months agoIf your case has now closed it's not possible to re-open it, or to open another for this order.
It sounds like you opened an item not received claim, which your seller would win because they have a tracking number showing delivery. You needed to open an eBay return and select 'Missing parts or pieces'.
If you're still within 30 days you should still be able to open an eBay return.

Is there anything else I could do? I want to keep the item I just want the tea set.
