I haven’t received item.
I haven’t received the item but got a message the item was delivered and signed. also I contacted the seller but said open the case. I contacted EBay customer centre but automated service. too difficult to contact to in person. What shall I do? How? Thanks

·11 months agoOpen a case - you can use the link below and you don't need to contact Ebay.
However, if tracking shows delivered, the seller may win the case.
So:
Check the tracking - where does it show delivered to?
Look around your property, behind the bins etc. (Our local Evri driver always leaves parcels outide the garage door - I would assume he thinks it's our front door, except you can see a motorbike through the glass of the door!)
Check with your neighbours.
