I haven’t received an item back after a buyer wanted to return it?
I sold an item about a week ago the buyer asked to return and I accepted. I was out when it said it had been delivered to my house but when I got back I didn’t receive the item. I’ve tried to contact eBay to say that I haven’t received but they still released the refund to the buyer.
how do I go about this?

Mentor6 months agoeBay only need attempted delivery for returns because some sellers deliberately refuse delivery. Obviously that is not what you've done but all you can do now is ask your neighbours, because the odds are someone has taken it in.
