I have won an item that is for collection only. I have contacted the seller through eBay but have had no response.

I sent a second message three days later and still didn't hear anything.

How long do I have to wait before I can request a cancellation?

Have you paid?

Until paid messages wont be sent to exchange contact details, if you have paid then 7 days from payment you can start a claim for item not received.

Until you pay through ebay, you cant exchange contact info.
