I have upgraded to basic subscription but getting a 0.36p listing fee?

Hi, i have just upgrade about 2 hours ago to a basic subscription fee but i am now getting a 36p listing fee for some reason?
Would anyone know why? i have the discounts managar active but i am now getting fees when i list a new item..

As a business thatswhats happens, however it may be depending on the amount of listings you do each month getting a basic shop subscription where there is an allowance of auction and BINS within the subscription. you need to work out the cost to see whether its cost effective for you.
