I have someone wanting to buy two dolls from me, they are in the US and i'm in the UK.
The customer wants to buy two of my dolls, they are in the US and I'm in the UK. When they try to buy it says that I don't ship to their location, even though I shipped something to the US only days before. I have the global shipping programme enabled, so I'm confused as to why this is happening.
Can anyone help?

Mentor7 months agoI've just checked a couple of your listings, and while you do have GSP enabled, the US is not available as a country they'll ship to for those items.
You'd need to opt out of the GSP and add your own international postage price and method, but be aware that if Royal Mail YOU pay the 10% tariff + 1.50 admin fee (50p if you buy postage online), not the buyer. A courier would mean that the buyer pays their end, you'll need to do a little research here.
