I have sold an item recieved pament ith QR code and address label .now customer wants me to send to
I have sold item received payment and QR code label sent. Now customer wants me to send to a new address. What do I need to do regarding the QR code first sent please. Not done this before.

Mentor6 months agoYou have to send to the address they have on ebay. So you would have to cancel transaction via the dropdown menu next to item on your orders list.
Tell the buyer to update their address on ebay. Then relist item for them to buy again.
