·10 months agoIs it the pen? It looks as if that was not sold with Simple Delivery.
Check the listing in your orders and look at 'order details' for a breakdown of costs/payments.
If the buyer's postage payment has been paid to you, then you can buy a label through Ebay or go direct to Evri.
