I have sold an item and cannot access the prepaid label
I have just sold a bunch of items and for 14 out of 15 items was able to generate the QR code and postage labels. For the last item the postage label appears to have been purchased by the buyer but I just cannot access it. I click on the link and get an Evri logo. I click again and just get general information… no label or QR code. I have searched has searched in help and can’t find any reference to this problem. The chat bot just keeps sending me back to the same articles. Help!
