I have sold 2 items but i get paid just for 1
good morning ,i have a question i have sold 2 items but for 1 i didnt get nothing . I ve cheked the status and it show me that money are already in your ebay account but they are not. Also there is a kind of circle where for others items it show full green but on this one is on grey.What may i need to do to can get my money ? Many thanks in advance

Mentor1 week agoYou are a new seller so your payouts will be held for longee this is absolutely normal and usual as it's a good security measure.
eBay wish to see the items delivered safely and that no refund cases to be opened later, hence this initial longer payout holds on your first few items you sell.
When you have proved to eBay you are a good seller, this was their announcement last year, as to how payouts are then made:
From 6 August 2025, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:
Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years
Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months
