I have refunded buy buyer says no refund received
Ebay impossible to contact, i have clear cancellation / refund info but buyer says not recived - what to do? its been 10 days

Mentor1 week agoBuyer should be able to see the cancellation, and having been advised, with the usual misleading 5 days, knows refund is on its way.
There is nothing you can do to speed it up.

Mentor1 week agoAnnoyingly , the message a buyer receives to inform them they are being refunded, says it will be done between 3 - 5 days.
It doesn't explain if paid from their bank can take a week , and as papso explained, a credit card payment ( the usual method of payment?) can take 30 days.
You could send them a message advising them of this, stop them panicking.

Mentor1 week agoIf it shows refunded your end the buyer will be refunded but it can take up to 30 days, it's not your problem though.
