I have proven item us NOT fake but ebay wont let me list !
What is going on with ebay ? Been selling on and off for 12 years, with no problems. Listed a Clarins item with screenshot of proof of purchase but thet keep removung it saying it is counterfeit ! Have appealled, sending them the invoice screenshot,but they are still saying it us counterfeit ! Can anyone tell me what my next move it please x

OP1 week agoLol, i'm a bit of a beauty product junkie, i buy deals and get freebies so sell on what i don't use or at the mo, money is tight so reluctantly having a clear out. Is this not what ebay is all about ?

Mentor1 week ago · EditedIt's possible that Clarins are a member of VeRO in which case their items are removed. Ebay calls them 'counterfeit' but that's just lazy communication, they don't mean it.
Do not relist, account suspension could follow.
