I have had a buyer stating that the item he bought 4 days ago doesn't work, even though i posted it
I am reluctant to fully refund as I know the machine was working and I put a video of it working on my listing, this buyer has kept messaging me almost harassing saying it doesn't work what can I do

·5 months agoTell the buyer to open a return through Ebay.
You will need to accept the return, supply a label, and refund the buyer in full when you get the item back.
It may have been working when you sent it, but Ebay will accept the buyer's claim that it doesn't work now.
