i have funds on ebay , but cant access to pot to pay for other purchases
as per above , when i sell ebay says i have 132 pounds , but cant change the icon to say use it ? how can i resolve this please ?

Mentor5 months agoSo long ago the system was different and even if there was money in your ebay account, initially money left in ebay account was automatically paid to bank account every 3 months.
Therefore from what you say there is unlikely to be a balance in your ebay account, you may not even be properly signed up for Managed Payments.

Mentor5 months agoIf your eBay balance is showing as £132, when you pay via eBay checkout you'll see an option amongst that payment options to pay using that balance. Select that.

OP5 months agoyes , that its maybe it means i have used it for other purchases , but i do remember ebay saying i had to provide further info to use it , or something like that . all i need to know is can it used .. best regards
