eBay's 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee only covers 30 days from the item's last estimated date for delivery . If this time has lapsed any case you open will close.
You cab try your payment provider if you are still within 120 days from purchase.

Mentor5 months agoOnce a case is closed it cannot be reopened or new on started.
Depending on when you bought item, contact your payment provider to see if they can help.
