I have Ben charged £200 for delivery on an item that states free delivery e
Ordered a replacement shower screen rubber at £6.99 with free delivery, found I have been charged £206.99, now company concerned has said they will refund £155 as ebay has charged them costs, costs they would not have had if they had carried out the transaction as promised also includes a "shipping charge" not postage, shipping. £20 shipping as it is a remote postcode, which it's not.

Mentor6 months agoHow and when did you find you had been charged £206.99?
Can you provide the item number?
Have you got your decimal points mixed up? Was delivery £20 or £200?

Mentor6 months agoI do not understand, surely you paid in the usual way whatever it said on the ad. Seller cannot introduce charges not shown when you pay.
Have you received what you ordered? If you somehow have been charged/paid such a large amount, I suggest you open a Not as described case, to return for a full refund.
Seller would be required to send you a reply paid label.
