I have been sold a counterfeit item
I was sold what i now know to be a account of it Dyson air app in November for my daughter’s Christmas present. it has since broken and she contacted Dyson to be told that the item is counterfeit. I can no longer request a refund because it was November and the seller is not responding to me. trying to contact eBay is almost impossible as you cannot speak to anybody or email anybody directly.
what can i do?

Mentor4 months agoFar too late, ebay only offers a 30 day money back guarantee. Speaking to ebay will not change the fact that you are out of time.
