I have been defrauded by scammers posing card card fraud team . How do I report this to eBay
i was coaxed into trying to cancel fraudulent eBay purchases on my debit cards / by fraudsters who posed as the credit card fraud investigation team and told me that my cards were hacked and we’re being used to but EBay purchases via my Apple Pay . They accessed my cards to make purchases through EBay that I never ordered and which won’t be sent to my address. The purchases don’t even appear on my EBay account but have been processed by my card companies , even though I tried to cancel them with the card companies last night.
How can I get eBay to cancel these transactions which took place last night .
Who do I report this to at EBay ?
Please help me , as I have lost a lot of money
EBay don’t seem to have any method or reporting fraud or even an emergency number to call

Mentor4 months agoAs the purchases don't appear on your ebay account there is nothing ebay can or will do.
You have to deal with this through your card companies.
If you think your ebay account was hacked to get information from it then you need to change your password and report that to ebay.

·4 months agoObviously you don't know the account names used for the purchases, or the item numbers of the items purchased so I really don't think ebay can help.
You must get in touch with your card companies again - they should have a fraud department - to cancel the payments that have been fraudulently made.
I assume you have cancelled any cards used/involved already.

People who reply in here are just other members like you, not 'Ebay'.
