I have asked the seller for information on an item for sale, but the seller is not responding to messages?
Hi,
I'm interested in an item for sale that is collection only, but before I commit to buy, I wish to know in advance what days are available for collection as I work shifts and weekends.
I have sent many messages to the seller, but had nothing back.
how can I be sure that my messages are getting through when the seller has not responded to any questions or offers?

Mentoryesterday at 9:23 AMFirstly, apologies for the long delay in replying there was a technical issue with this particular board which prevented us from answering, until now.
Go to your eBay Messages and click on Sent, if they are there then the messages have been sent.
Some sellers are just bad communicators, if they don't reply you may need to find another seller, if collection days are vital.
